Air Blue plans to offer daily flights to Romania from Castellón from October 2009!
The Romanian airline estimates that 80% of passengers leaving from Valencia came from the province.
The airline Blue Air is negotiating with Aeroportuarias Awards of daily departures from Castellón Costa Azahar to Romania. "It is certain that there will be three or four flights a week, but the intention is to extend the frequency to five or six, or even every day," said the representative in Spain of the firm, Mihai Dumitru.
The destinations of these flights would be at first the cities of Bucharest and Arad. "Although we do not rule in the future other destinations such as Constanta, Iasi and Brasov whose infrastructure is expected to be finished by 2010," said Dumitru.
